| dc.description | Business Intelligence is the solution to the need of companies to obtain real and immediate information, this is due to the rise of globalization and implementation of new technologies to improve their competitiveness and productivity, making them more efficient companies. The objective of this article was to analyze the main scientific research on Business Intelligence andproductivity in service companies in the last 5 years. Literature review research was carried out with a systematic review methodology. Boolean codes were used as a search strategy, where limiting filters were applied to exclude results that did not meet the inclusion criteria and were synthesized in a Prisma flow chart. A total of 40 scientific articles were selected, extracted from Goog le Scholar, Dialnet, Scielo, Redalyc, Scopus, Science Direct, EBSCO, Proquest and MDPI. The countries where the most results were found were Colombia and Ecuador. In addition, the year with the largest amount of literature was 2019. It was concluded that B I and productivity are related in the business environment, because they allow streamlining processes and generating greater efficiency. | en-US |
| dc.description | Business Intelligence es la solución ante la necesidad de las empresas de obtener información real e inmediata, ello se debe al auge de la globalización e implementación de nuevas tecnologías para mejorar su competitividad y productividad, convirtiéndolas en empresas más eficientes. El objetivo del presente artículo fue analizar las principales investigaciones científicas que existen sobre Business Intelligence y productividad en empresas de servicio de los últimos 5 años. Se realizó una investigación de revisión de literatura con una metodología de revisión sistemática. Como estrategia de búsqueda se emplearon códigos booleanos, donde se aplicaron filtros limitadores para excluir resultados que no cumplían con los criterios de inclusión, y se sintetizaron en un diagrama de flujo Prisma. Se seleccionó un total de 40 artículos científicos, extraídos de Google académico, Dialnet, Scielo, Redalyc, Scopus, Science Direct, EBSCO, Proquest y MDPI. Los países donde se encontraron mayores resultados fueron Colombia y Ecuador. Además, el año con mayor cantidad de literatura fue en el 2019. Se concluyó que el BI y la productividad se relacionan en el ámbito empresarial, debido a que permiten agilizar procesos y generar mayor eficiencia. | es-ES |
